Crystal CS423x ISA v1.80 (11/11/1997) audio driver for MS-DOS

OS:
- MS-DOS

Info:
- Recommended to read README.TXT
- DWDIAG.EXE can help a lot while configuring this card
- "CS4232C.EXE /O" should configure your card and set blaster variables.

Issues:
- During testing, the driver did not detect my CS4235, and I had to manually configure it to not conflict with anything using CS32CFG.EXE
